The Cartier Tank Must model, launched in 1977, is one of the flagship pieces of this collection. It takes the timeless design of the famous Tank watch known as the "Louis", created in 1917, adding colorful variations and materials such as vermeil.
Over the years, the Tank Must was produced in multiple versions, incorporating mechanical and quartz movements and innovative features such as a sunlight-powered variant. Equipped with a beautiful cream/ivory dial with Roman numeral indexes in the purest tradition of the famous Parisian jeweler, in excellent aesthetic condition and recently cleaned and checked by a qualified watchmaker, still accompanied by its brown lizard leather strap, its iconic red Cartier box, and its original documents including its original Guarantee Booklet reporting a sale in 1986 in Japan, this Tank Must de Cartier in yellow gold-plated silver is an ideal watch to wear every day as well as for the most elegant occasions, for both a man and a woman.

This Cartier Tank Must Grande Taille is preserved in excellent aesthetic condition, with no loss of plating, a perfect dial and a flawless mineral glass, without any cracks or scratches. The original fluted winding crown is set with a blue cabochon that remains in perfect condition. Light surface scratches are present throughout the case. The quartz movement has been cleaned, tested, runs perfectly, and the battery that powers it has been replaced with a new one.
