Delivery methods

Amplitude offers several ways to deliver your watch:

— Hand delivery in Paris

If you live in Paris or are able to travel there, we welcome you by appointment at our offices in the heart of the capital to try on your new watch, have it sized free of charge if needed, and discuss our shared passion over a coffee or a glass of champagne.

— Delivery by secure carrier

We ship any watch ordered on our website free of charge, anywhere in the world.
Amplitude works with several shipping companies, depending on the destination of each parcel and its contents.
As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier — depending on the payment method used, this can be as early as the day after the order! — we send you a parcel tracking number.
All our shipments are protected against transport hazards and insured for their full value.
Our parcels are shipped discreetly, with no external sign identifying their contents.
Delivery of a parcel is subject to the recipient signing the delivery slip after inspecting its contents.
Should any damage or anomaly be noted upon delivery, we invite you to refuse the parcel or to record clear and precise reservations on the delivery slip, and to contact us immediately at contact@amplitudewatches.co.
We are accustomed to shipping watches all over the world, and notably to the United States and Asia.

For the most important watches, or simply if you wish to meet us in person, we can deliver your order to you personally almost anywhere in the world. A member of the Amplitude team will join you in the city of your choice as soon as possible after receipt of payment for the order.
This option remains subject to approval on a case-by-case basis and may be charged to you.

 

Delivery times by secure carrier

Once your order is placed, the time before the parcel is handed over to the carrier depends on the payment method used. Generally, we ship orders as soon as payment is validated and funds are received (for credit cards: same day; for bank transfers: between 0 and 3 days).
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you receive a tracking number.
For shipments to France and other European Union countries, the average delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
For international shipments, the exact time varies on a case-by-case basis, but we generally observe durations of 2 to 5 business days.
Please feel free to ask us for a precise delivery date estimate before or after ordering a watch on our website.

 

Customs, import duties and other formalities

Some countries apply specific taxes and fees to imports of watches and other second-hand items. Levies, customs duties and other import charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We advise you to check the specific requirements of your delivery country, and we can assist you in understanding its rules and estimating the total import cost of a watch purchased from Amplitude.
