Refund policy

We are proud of our watches. However, should anything not meet your expectations upon delivery, our returns policy is straightforward and fully compliant with your consumer rights.

Statutory right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your watch to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the first following business day.

To exercise this right, simply contact us by e-mail at contact@amplitudewatches.co, or by post to Amplitude SAS, 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, using if you wish the withdrawal form appended to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Our team will assist you so that your return takes place under the best possible conditions.

Return conditions

The watch you return to us must be:

— packaged as you received it and adequately protected against shipping risks;
— accompanied by all documents and accessories present in the original parcel, in the same condition as upon receipt;
— entrusted to a specialised and recognised carrier, and insured for the full value of its contents.

Amplitude cannot be held liable for any deterioration or loss of the Product during return shipping. In accordance with article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code, return costs remain at your expense, except in the event of non-conformity. Your liability is engaged only in the event of depreciation of the Product’s value resulting from handling other than that necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Refund

Once the watch has been received by our team, we verify that it presents the same characteristics as at the time of sale. We then proceed with the full refund of the sums paid — the price of the watch and the initial shipping costs (at the standard rate) — within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the returned Product, or from proof of its shipment by you, whichever is earlier.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to another means at no additional cost. You may also opt, by agreement with us, for a credit note usable towards another watch in our catalogue.

If you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one we offer, the refund of initial shipping costs is limited to the standard rate.

Cases excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply:

— to personalised products, custom-restored items, or items purchased specifically at your request;
— to purchases concluded on the occasion of a hand-collection at our premises or during an in-person appointment, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
