Trade-ins & Exchanges

If you're interested in one of the watches we offer, and would like to trade-in another watch of lesser, equivalent or greater value already in your collection, it's possible!

How do trade-ins work at Amplitude?

Exchanging your watch for one of ours involves the following steps:

  1. You send us by e-mail, WhatsApp, or via the dedicated form on our website several good photographs of your watch, as well as all the information you know about it (presence or not of the box and/or of the original guarantee, an Extract from the Archives, provenance, service history, etc.). You also tell us which of the watches available on our website interests you.
  2. We'll get back to you within 48 hours and let you know the trade-in value of our watch as well as the outstanding balance, if any.
  3. If you wish to proceed, we will contact our shipping partners to collect your watch from the address of your choice.
  4. Once Amplitude has received your watch, we will examine it and confirm the final exchange price.
  5. If there is a balance to pay, we will give you wire instructions.
  6. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll send you your new watch by secure, insured carrier. 

What watches do we accept as trade-ins?

Each watch requires a tailor-made assessment of its suitability for Amplitude's positioning.

However, in general terms, we are interested in antique, vintage and modern watches from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Longines, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Omega, Piaget and other important Swiss brands, in very good condition.

The presence of the original documents and/or box is a plus, but absolutely not essential.

We are not interested in inauthentic or counterfeit watches.
