2. Description of services provided

The site amplitudewatches.co is intended to present a selection of new and second-hand watches that Amplitude offers for sale to the public, and to provide expertise services and targeted information on the world of watchmaking.

3. Access to the Site

Access to the Site and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. You undertake not to use this Site or the information or data appearing on it for commercial, political or advertising purposes or for any form of commercial solicitation, in particular the sending of unsolicited e-mails.

4. Site management

For proper management of the Site, Amplitude may at any time:

  • suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the site, reserve access to the site, or to certain parts of the site, to a specific category of users;
  • remove any information that may disrupt its operation or contravene national or international laws;

Amplitude’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption of operation, preventing access to the Site or to one of its features.
