The Cartier Tank Must model, launched in 1977, is one of the flagship pieces of this collection. It takes the timeless design of the famous Tank watch known as "Louis", created in 1917, and adds colour variations and materials such as vermeil.
Over the years, the Tank Must has been offered in numerous versions, incorporating mechanical and quartz movements, as well as innovations such as the sundial. The Tank Must Lady/Petit Modèle that we offer continues this tradition, combining classic Cartier elegance with the extreme precision of a quartz movement.
Equipped with an interesting and unusual white/ivory dial with black painted Roman numeral indices arranged in two "columns", in excellent aesthetic condition and recently checked by a qualified watchmaker, accompanied by a Cartier Made in France black crocodile leather strap and a Cartier gold-plated metal folding clasp, this Cartier Tank Must in vermeil (silver plated with 20 microns of yellow gold) is an ideal watch to wear every day as well as for the most elegant occasions.

This Cartier Tank Must Quartz Lady/Petit Modèle is preserved in excellent overall condition.
The dial has no defects.
The glass has been replaced with a new one.
The quartz movement has undergone a complete service, during which its battery has been replaced with a new one.
The beaded crown set with a blue cabochon is in excellent condition.
The case retains beautiful proportions and suffers from no flaws in the gold plating.
The bottom of the box is in excellent condition and its engravings are deep and clear.
